Abstract

In an increasingly complex and demanding world, building psychological resilience in children has become a crucial component of holistic education. Resilience training in schools equips young learners with the emotional tools and cognitive strategies necessary to adapt to adversity, manage stress, and maintain well-being. This paper explores the design, implementation, and outcomes of resilience training programs within educational settings. Emphasis is placed on age-appropriate interventions that integrate mindfulness, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and positive social interactions. Evidence from recent studies highlights the positive impact of such programs on students’ mental health, academic performance, and interpersonal relationships. The paper also discusses the role of teachers, parents, and school culture in nurturing resilience as a lifelong skill. By embedding resilience-building practices into the school curriculum, educators can foster a generation of emotionally strong and adaptable individuals.
