Abstract

A systematic rethinking for employment frameworks is turning out imperative due to the escalating integration of automation into workforce management. In order to prevent technology breakthroughs from marginalizing the workforce with consequently enhancing human talents and potential, this chapter examines the necessity of striking a balance between automation and human equity. It talks about the benefits and problems of automation, how workers' roles are changing in an AI-driven society, and how policies affect long-term workforce planning.
