Abstract

As education increasingly migrates into virtual spaces, the role of educators has undergone a significant transformation. No longer confined to delivering content, educators are now positioned as digital mentors—facilitators who guide, support, and empower learners in online environments. This paper examines the evolving responsibilities of educators within digital learning contexts, emphasizing the shift from traditional instruction to mentorship models that foster autonomy, engagement, and digital citizenship. The study explores how effective digital mentorship can enhance student learning outcomes by leveraging interactive technologies, collaborative tools, and inclusive teaching strategies.
