SIGNIFICANCE OF THE METAVERSE IN MODERN EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract

The Metaverse is an integrated common platform developed by the Augmented Reality (AR) and the Virtual Reality (VR) technologies for creating a shared digital platform where users can use non-face to face mode to each other. The Covid-19 pandemic forced society to transform into the virtual world from the physical world. The virtual conferences, telecommunicating, online learning, online shopping have become a common phenomena of human society. Nevertheless, education is developing as one of the most capitalizing arena for the application of metaverse. It is a continuous, active, actual time-framed that manages to address the limitations of the geo-political boundaries to offer significant services to users. As per rapid growth of technology the educational limitations are exploring how the immersive virtual atmosphere can increase learning perspectives.
