Abstract

In an era of rapid digital transformation, organizations are increasingly turning to artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance human resource (HR) practices. This paper explores the integration of employee voice mechanisms with AI technologies to foster more inclusive and responsive HR strategies. Rather than limiting employee input to traditional feedback channels, AI-enabled platforms can analyze sentiments, detect emerging concerns, and offer real-time insights into workforce dynamics. The fusion of AI with employee voice not only amplifies individual contributions but also supports data-driven decision-making that aligns with equity and inclusion goals. By redefining how organizations listen to and act upon employee feedback, this approach represents a shift toward more participatory and transparent HR systems. The study outlines practical implications, challenges, and ethical considerations involved in deploying AI for inclusive talent management.
