Abstract

This study explores the influence of collaborative learning on the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students. In an era where education is increasingly focused on 21st-century competencies, the ability to think critically and solve complex problems is essential. Collaborative learning, characterized by shared goals, mutual engagement, and interactive dialogue, has emerged as a powerful pedagogical strategy that enhances cognitive development. Through a review of relevant literature and analysis of classroom practices, this paper highlights how group-based learning environments foster deeper understanding, encourage diverse perspectives, and promote reflective thinking.
