Abstract

In today’s dynamic and high-pressure work environments, maintaining a healthy work-life balance has emerged as a critical issue affecting employee productivity and well-being. This study investigates the impact of work-life balance on employee productivity across key sectors including IT, healthcare, and finance. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing stratified random sampling to survey 120 full-time employees, with data analyzed through statistical techniques such as Chi-square and ANOVA. The findings reveal a strong positive correlation between effective work-life balance and higher levels of job satisfaction, performance, and overall productivity. Employees reported that inadequate balance often leads to increased stress, burnout, and job dissatisfaction, whereas better balance significantly enhances motivation and output.
