In India, micro, small, and medium-sized businesses, or MSMEs, are essential to both job creation and economic expansion. MSMEs are changing dramatically as a result of the quick development of digital technology and the growing focus on sustainability. This study looks at how Indian MSMEs are increasingly using digital technology and incorporating sustainable practices into their daily operations. The study looks at the main forces behind digitization, its difficulties, and how it affects productivity, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. The study emphasizes how government regulations, financial incentives, and technical developments shaped this shift using a mixed-methods approach that includes surveys and case studies. The results show that although digital adoption is speeding up, obstacles like lack of digital knowledge, infrastructure restrictions, and budgetary restraints still exist. The study concludes by recommending policy interventions and strategic frameworks to enhance digital and sustainable transformation among MSMEs in India.Published
