Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping morphological landscape of education, especially in the area of teacher development. This study examines how AI can revolutionize education by enabling personalized learning, supporting cutting-edge teaching methods, and giving teachers immediate feedback. This paper deals with AI not just as a technological innovation now a day, but as a revolutionary, insightful instrument that transformed teacher training. To meet the needs of the 21st century learner’s demand, the teachers should learn artificial intelligence and the teacher should utilize it in the real-world classroom; otherwise, the learning will not be joyful. Institutions can get around long-standing constraints and give teachers the resources they need to meet the needs of the twenty-first century by incorporating AI into programs for preparing teachers. Design Thinking-Inspired Methodology (DTIM) is used to identify ethical issues, obstacles, and opportunities related to AI in teacher development. Results reveal that smart training ensures smarter teaching and AI-driven technologies considerably boost teachers’ skills, adaptability, and effectiveness. Suggestions focus on infrastructure, policy creation, and ethical standards to optimize AI's potential to transform teacher, social engineer preparation.
