This research investigates the novel application of cellphones in developing rubrics to enhance learning outcomes and achieve social harmony among adolescents in Tripura, India. With the advent of mobile technology reaching far and wide, this research explores cellphone-based rubric development in engaging students, promoting collaborative learning, and fostering social harmony. Primary data were gathered through surveys and interviews with 150 secondary school students and 20 teachers from five schools in Tripura. The results show that cellphone-based rubric development greatly enhances students' engagement, critical thinking, and self-assessment abilities, with 78% of the students reporting greater motivation. Teachers provided feedback of increased classroom participation and peer collaboration, which indirectly constructed empathy and respect among students.Published
