With an emphasis on injury prevention, acute and chronic injury management, and rehabilitation techniques, this chapter examines the vital role that physical therapy plays in the treatment and recovery of football-related injuries. It emphasizes the value of a methodical, phased rehabilitation program that includes workouts for mobility, strength, and sport-specific activities. The chapter also looks at the new applications of biofeedback technologies, such as motion analysis, force platforms, and EMG, to improve injury prevention and rehabilitation results. Case studies show how biofeedback can be used practically to improve neuromuscular control, muscle function, and biomechanical efficiency. Physiotherapy can dramatically lower injury rates, speed up healing, and enhance football players' overall performance by combining these tactics.Published
