Abstract

As organizations navigate an era marked by growing complexity and swift technological change, they encounter a range of challenges that cannot be addressed by relying solely on traditional, single-discipline methods. This paper examines how interdisciplinary thinking contributes to solving organizational problems, focusing on the value of combining insights from fields like psychology, design, technology, and business to drive innovation. By analyzing theoretical models and real-world examples, the research outlines the advantages, obstacles, and effective strategies for adopting interdisciplinary approaches in management. The results indicate that organizations able to integrate knowledge across disciplines boost their creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving capabilities, thereby securing a stronger competitive edge.
