Abstract

Workplace culture plays a pivotal role in shaping employee behavior, satisfaction, and overall organizational success. This study explores how the values, norms, and practices within a work environment influence employee retention and motivation. A positive and supportive culture fosters a sense of belonging and engagement, which in turn enhances employee commitment and reduces turnover rates. Conversely, a toxic or unsupportive culture can lead to decreased morale and higher attrition. Through an analysis of various organizational settings, this research highlights the critical connection between workplace culture and employee outcomes. The findings underscore the importance for organizations to cultivate a healthy culture to sustain motivation and retain talent effectively.
