Abstract

Virtual Reality (VR) is rapidly transforming traditional education by creating immersive, interactive learning environments that enhance student engagement and retention. By simulating real-world scenarios, VR bridges the gap between theory and practice, making abstract concepts more tangible and accessible. This technological shift supports experiential learning, especially in subjects such as science, history, and engineering, by enabling virtual field trips, laboratory experiments, and historical reconstructions. Furthermore, VR fosters inclusive education by accommodating diverse learning styles and offering personalized learning experiences. Despite its potential, challenges such as high implementation costs, technical limitations, and the need for curriculum integration remain. This paper explores the benefits, challenges, and future prospects of incorporating VR in education, emphasizing its role in revolutionizing classroom dynamics and fostering deeper student involvement.
