Financial inclusion, the process of ensuring access to appropriate financial products and services to all individuals and businesses, has emerged as a cornerstone of economic development and poverty alleviation. The advent of Financial Technology (FinTech) has significantly accelerated the pace of inclusion by leveraging digital innovations to bridge the gap between traditional financial institutions and underserved populations. This study explores the global landscape of financial inclusion through the lens of FinTech, analyzing various practices, tools, and technologies adopted worldwide. It evaluates the role of mobile banking, digital wallets, peer-to-peer lending, blockchain-based solutions, and artificial intelligence in transforming financial services. The research highlights successful case studies from both developed and developing countries and assesses regulatory frameworks, challenges, and scalability potential. The findings suggest that while FinTech has democratized access to finance, disparities in digital literacy, infrastructure, and regulatory support remain critical barriers. The study concludes with policy recommendations aimed at fostering an inclusive, sustainable, and innovation-driven financial ecosystem.Published
