Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) has emerged as a strategic approach aligning human resource practices with environmental sustainability goals. This systematic review critically examines the existing literature on Green HRM practices, categorizing research trends, theoretical frameworks, and empirical findings from multiple disciplines. The study identifies core Green HRM practices such as green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance management, and green rewards. It also explores their role in fostering pro-environmental behavior, enhancing employee engagement, and improving organizational sustainability performance. Furthermore, the review highlights gaps in research methodologies and the need for longitudinal and cross-cultural studies to strengthen the theoretical underpinnings and practical applications of Green HRM. This paper offers a comprehensive synthesis for scholars and practitioners, emphasizing the growing importance of integrating environmental concerns into HRM functions to achieve sustainable organizational development.Published
