Abstract

The presented research paper is based on the study of work efficiency of principals of rural and urban areas of government higher secondary schools of Udaipur division. Through this research paper, the working efficiency of the principals of rural and urban areas of government higher secondary schools was studied. The main institution of education is the school where children are developed intellectual, moral, national and global skills. A child can reach the ladder of success in life only through education.
