The integration of bioinformatics tools into molecular biology has revolutionized the way researchers analyze, interpret, and manipulate biological data. With the exponential growth in genomic and proteomic data, the demand for efficient computational tools has increased significantly. This review provides a comprehensive overview of commonly used bioinformatics tools in molecular biology, including those for sequence alignment, gene prediction, protein structure modeling, phylogenetic analysis, and functional annotation. Tools such as BLAST, Clustal Omega, MEGA, GENSCAN, and Swiss-Model are discussed in terms of their functionalities, applications, and limitations.Published
