Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education is transforming traditional teaching paradigms by augmenting the role of teachers rather than replacing them. This study explores how AI-augmented tools enhance instructional effectiveness and administrative efficiency for educators across diverse learning environments. By analyzing AI-driven platforms such as intelligent tutoring systems, automated grading tools, predictive analytics, and personalized learning assistants, the research highlights the potential of AI to support differentiated instruction, reduce administrative workload, and improve student outcomes. Moreover, the study addresses the ethical considerations and challenges of AI adoption, including data privacy, algorithmic bias, and teacher training. The findings suggest that when thoughtfully implemented, AI can act as a powerful collaborator for teachers, fostering more inclusive, efficient, and student-centered education systems.
