The research looks into the link between understanding cybersecurity and trust in Fintech among customers living in Bengaluru. Since more people are using Fintech, building their trust has become crucial, considering how digital security concerns are now more common. 500 people were interviewed using quantitative methods. The information was then evaluated using simple linear regression. Analysis showed that cybersecurity awareness had a major, positive, and statistically significant correlation with trust in Fintech, as R² was 0.836. It means that over three-fourths of the changes in trust can be traced to cybersecurity awareness. Further analysis with ANOVA and coefficients proved that the model is reliable, as it shows that better awareness boosts trust by a big amount. As a result, it becomes clear that improving the knowledge of Fintech users about cybersecurity is needed to secure trust. The findings suggest that Fintech businesses should put strong efforts into educating their customers on cybersecurity, since it plays a significant role in their business development. Helping people understand and know about the measures taken for security always strengthens a platform’s trust and the way users view it.Published
