Everyone strives for rewards, which can be in the form of predetermined salaries, wages, benefits, bonuses, or other forms of remuneration based on their performance. People desire fair compensation and are only content when they receive the expected rewards for their efforts. Therefore, this study examines whether remuneration affects employees' performance by influencing their attitudes. The main purpose of this research is to study the impact of remuneration and working conditions on employee performance.Published
