Tools such as Siri, Alexa, and AI-powered chatbots are commonly used to analyze user behavior, assist with online shopping, and manage customer service across industries like banking, aviation, and telecommunications through predictive technologies. The field of education is also experiencing this shift. AI, as a machine learning system, mimics human cognitive functions such as decision-making, data analysis, and object recognition. Increasingly, experts view AI as the future of education, anticipating its widespread use in teaching, learning, and administration.
