The urgent need for ecological sustainability has elevated the role of education in fostering environmental consciousness among future generations. This paper explores the design and implementation of a Green Curriculum that integrates eco-literacy, green skills (such as reduce, reuse, recycle, reproduce, energy conservation, and upcycling), and social-emotional learning (SEL) to cultivate environmentally responsible, emotionally resilient learners. By incorporating sustainability into curriculum design and creating inclusive, supportive learning environments, schools can promote a strong sense of school identification, behavioral engagement, and ecological stewardship. The study underscores the value of interdisciplinary approaches—linking environmental science with literature, creative arts, and experiential education—to foster eco-literate mindsets. It also examines the transformative potential of green technologies and eco-school programs in addressing global environmental challenges. The findings advocate for holistic pedagogies that not only address climate education but also nurture students’ empathy, creativity, critical thinking, and community-oriented values, contributing to both individual and planetary well-being.Published
