This paper examines the difficulties graduates encounter when establishing a business after graduation. It emphasizes key hurdles such as financial limitations, insufficient practical business expertise, underdeveloped support systems, and intense market competition. The study also assesses the effectiveness of educational institutions in preparing students for entrepreneurship, pinpointing areas needing improved training and support. This research offers actionable strategies and practical solutions for graduates navigating the entrepreneurial landscape by addressing key challenges. It proposes improvements to institutional support, including mentorship programs, enhanced business education incorporating practical skills, and improved access to funding. This paper provides valuable guidance for aspiring entrepreneurs and policymakers seeking to enhance the startup ecosystem for new graduates.
