In today's Modern Era where Industries are moving at a faster changing pace from Industry 2.0 to Industry 5.0 and where industries are crossing their traditional business boundaries to conduct and boost up their businesses, there is also a need to synchronize with the dynamic changes of society in which different people exist who work for industries. Here Industries that are looking after the dynamic needs of the business Market must also be required to understand and adopt the diverse needs of the society members, who are the real gem for any organization. EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) is the demand for today's dynamic society, where a lot of changes, and reformations are happening in the mindset of the people. An organization, where dynamic people are working, needs to adhere to their people's perception and their psyche and construct their workplace policies accordingly. Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) at the workplace relates to how people of different age, colors, castes, religions, sex, minorities, and marginalized groups, and from LGBTQ groups experience and perceive their workplace along with their aspirations, desires, and needs and how these affect their working/professional and personal lives.Published
