This study aims to propose a research model for organizational performance focused on the self-managed work team environment (SMT), work team management, and self-management, based on the assumption that self-managed work team environments facilitate and accelerate growth in organizational performance. The method employed is based on meta-analysis and meta-cognitive-descriptive analysis based on a conceptual, theoretical, and empirical review of the literature. The results of the analysis conclusively indicate that management of the SMT environment contributes to facilitating growth and development of organizational performance.Published
