Learning is essential for all individuals which enhances intellectual capabilities, fosters innovation, and establishes the basis for personal dignity. Gender-related concerns can greatly influence the availability of education and the quality of educational experiences for people, especially in specific areas and communities. In many societies, conventional perspectives on gender roles often result in boys receiving more emphasis in education, whereas girls are anticipated to take on household duties or marry at the young age. This results in decreased enrolment and retention figures for girls, especially in secondary and higher levels of education. Maria Montessori promoted gender equality and supported women's rights and questioned the gender norms of her time. The Montessori approach is designed to educate individuals holistically, equipping them to live harmoniously with others in a peaceful society.Published
