This chapter explores techno-pedagogical approaches for holistic learning in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), highlighting the integration of digital tools with child-centered pedagogy to foster balanced growth across cognitive, socio-emotional, physical, creative, and linguistic domains. Grounded in constructivist, sociocultural, and holistic educational theories, the discussion emphasizes principles such as child-centeredness, developmental appropriateness, balance between digital and experiential play, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity. Practical strategies are outlined to support cognitive reasoning, empathy, motor coordination, creativity, and communication through interactive applications, storytelling, simulations, and collaborative platforms. The role of teachers is underscored as central to curating developmentally appropriate resources, scaffolding learning, and ensuring safe, equitable, and ethical use of technology. Professional development is emphasized as essential for enhancing educators’ digital literacy and pedagogical adaptability. Ultimately, the chapter positions techno-pedagogy as a transformative pathway for inclusive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate ECCE practices that prepare children for lifelong learning in the 21st century.Published
