Leadership in the twenty-first century is no longer confined to command-and-control frameworks; instead, it increasingly relies on influence, inspiration, and connection. One of the most powerful tools available to leaders is storytelling. Leaders who can articulate vision, values, and purpose through compelling narratives are able to foster trust, align teams, and shape organizational culture. This paper explores the role of leaders as storytellers, examining how stories create meaning, establish identity, and drive collective action. Drawing from organizational psychology, communication studies, and leadership theories, the paper argues that storytelling is not merely a rhetorical device but a central component of visionary leadership.Published
