This study explores how leadership, learning and business intelligence work together to improve employee performance and retention. The research shows that leadership style has a strong effect on how long employees stay and how satisfied they feel. Stress, lack of career growth and limited recognition often lead to poor performance and higher attrition. The study highlights that business intelligence tools can track employee data and reveal patterns in hiring, attrition and performance. These insights help leaders make better decisions that reduce stress, improve engagement and strengthen teams. The analysis also shows that internal promotions, training opportunities and flexible work arrangements are important for building long-term commitment. Leaders who combine data-driven approaches with supportive practices can create a more positive workplace culture. Business intelligence supports this by providing early signals of risks such as high stress or disengagement. When managers act on these signals, they can prevent problems before they become serious. The study contributes by showing how leadership and analytics are connected. It suggests that combining learning with data-driven intelligence allows organizations to create trust, balance and sustainable performance. The findings offer practical steps, such as stress management, leadership development, and career growth programs. Overall, the paper argues that organizations that align leadership with business intelligence can improve retention, build engagement and achieve long-term growth.Published
