The healthcare industry is undergoing a sea change driven by technological advancements, population trends, and the growing demand for accessible and equitable care. In this new environment, digital leadership is a critical set of skills for healthcare institutions to position leaders to harness innovation while maintaining patient-centered values. Digital leadership goes beyond the adoption of technology; it is about vision-setting, collaboration, ethical decision-making, and creating a learning culture within health organizations. This chapter discusses the digital leaders' role in bringing telemedicine, artificial intelligence (AI), and e-learning into the healthcare system. Telemedicine is revolutionizing access and efficiency, especially for rural and remote communities. AI can enable predictive analytics, personalized treatment, and best hospital resource utilization, but raise ethical and privacy concerns. Online learning platforms are revolutionizing professional education, making it possible for flexible and continuous learning among health professionals. The chapter also responds to issues like digital divide, cyber security, change resistance, and infrastructural constraints. Based on global case studies, it proposes a model of future-proof healthcare leadership embracing innovation and ethics, multidisciplinary learning, and addressing Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being). Digital health leaders are not just technology adopters but visionary change makers who build strong, sustainable, and fair healthcare systems in the era of globalization.Published
