The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced data analytics into leadership learning models has been recognized as a transformative process. Traditional development approaches, which relied on standardized curricula and delayed feedback, have been replaced by AI-driven systems offering personalized pathways, real-time insights, and predictive assessments. Comprehensive learner profiles have been constructed through behavioural data, sentiment analysis, and natural language processing. Case studies such as IBM’s Project Debater and Humu’s Nudge Engine have illustrated the capacity of AI to enhance adaptability, empathy, and decision-making under pressure. While the benefits of AI integration have included bias reduction, scalability, and predictive precision, significant ethical concerns regarding fairness, transparency, and human agency have also been raised. The adoption of AI-enhanced leadership models has therefore been framed not only as a technological advancement but also as a cultural shift requiring ethical safeguards and effective change management strategies.Published
