Abstract

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is now a mainstream concept in organizational literature and leadership solutions. Over the past three decades, leadership trends have contributed significantly to the development of this concept. There is now a growing recognition of the importance of Emotional Intelligence (EI) within organizations. The proposed framework builds on this recognition by presenting an action agenda rooted in an EI-driven strategic approach. It highlights two key dimensions: analysis and implementation, along with the resultant actions. These dimensions emphasize the diverse effects of interactive mechanisms and collaborative practices, enabling a deeper examination of the outcomes that emerge from collective interactions and shared experiences.
