Specifically, it investigates: (a) Challenges, issues, and barriers in implementing online learning management systems, (b) Success parameters and key performance indicators for effective online education, (c) The impact of technological advancements on data representation, analysis, and assessments. As online education becomes a primary resource globally, this study aims to provide insights into India's experience, highlighting lessons learned and best practices for navigating the new normal in education.
