Abstract

Resilience is a critical factor in ensuring the success and well-being of pre-service teachers. Teacher education programs must emphasise resilience to enhance the quality of training, preparing educators to navigate the complex and dynamic challenges of the teaching profession. This paper explores the significance of resilience in teacher education, highlighting its impact on professional development, student outcomes, and institutional effectiveness. The study also examines strategies for integrating resilience-building components into teacher training programs, supported by secondary data from existing literature and empirical studies.
