Quality in teacher education is pivotal for equipping educators with the skills required in 21st-century classrooms. Conventional training models characterized by rigid curricula and limited practical application hardly meet today’s multifaceted challenges. This study discovers advanced strategies such as technology integration, interdisciplinary collaboration, and culturally responsive pedagogy to transform teacher education. The research finds significant achievement factors and barriers to implementing innovative practices by engaging a mixed-methods approach that contains surveys, interviews, and case study analyses. The findings underscore the necessity for systemic change, targeted policy reforms, and strategic investments in teacher education to prepare educators for modern classroom demands.Published
