Teacher educators play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of teachers and, consequently, influencing student learning outcomes. As global education systems rapidly evolve due to technological advancements, socio-economic shifts, and policy reforms, the continuous professional development (CPD) of teacher educators becomes essential. This paper explores strategies and policies that foster teacher educators' growth, emphasizing global perspectives and contextual approaches. It highlights effective practices such as aligning CPD with national and international policies, fostering professional learning communities (PLCs), leveraging technology, and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. The study also presents recommendations to strengthen professional development, including resource investment, policy harmonization, capacity building, and research promotion. Ultimately, this research aims to provide a comprehensive framework for enhancing teacher educators' professional development, ensuring their adaptability and effectiveness in dynamic educational landscapes.Published
