CORE VALUES FOR EMPOWERING THE ALPHA GENERATION'S FUTURE

Abstract

The Alpha Generation (born 2010–2024) is growing up in a rapidly evolving digital world, facing unique challenges and opportunities. To thrive, they must adopt core values that foster resilience, empathy, digital responsibility, and adaptability. This paper explores the essential values such as critical thinking, emotional intelligence, ethical digital engagement, and sustainability that the Alpha Generation should cultivate to navigate their future successfully. Drawing on psychological, educational, and technological research, this paper provides a framework for parents, educators, and policymakers to support the Alpha Generation in developing these constructive values.
