The focus of education has changed from teacher-centered instruction (Education 1.0) to technology-integrated, skill-based learning (Education 4.0). With the advent of Education 5.0, a human-centric paradigm, artificial intelligence (AI) is playing a key role in fostering creativity, inclusion, customization, and lifelong learning. This chapter examines how AI is a revolutionary force in Education 5.0, with an emphasis on physiotherapy practice and education. Personalized learning paths, realistic simulations, data-driven assessment, and interprofessional cooperation are all enhanced by AI integration in Education 5.0. Real-time biomechanical feedback, virtual reality rehabilitation labs, and motion capture are some of the ways AI-powered tools in physiotherapy improve clinical skill training. Wearable sensors and AI apps for smartphones are examples of diagnostic advances that improve objective evaluation. AI also helps students create customized rehabilitation plans, which promotes patient-centered learning. By connecting classroom learning with clinical physiotherapy practice, AI acts as a catalyst for Education 5.0. Although there are difficulties, integrating it improves patient-centered care, confidence, and skill development. Wearable technology, holographic case-based learning, AI-driven robotics, and worldwide tele-education are some of the future directions that will provide fair access and equip physiotherapists for digitally linked healthcare environments.Published
