With one of the greatest concentrations of universities in the world, India occupies a significant place in the global education scene. With 580 million people between the ages of 5 and 24, India has enormous potential in the field of education. India sets an incredible standard by housing more than 250 million schoolchildren, more than any other country. The Indian education sector offers many opportunities for growth. In India, there are 50,000 colleges and 1,200 universities. In 2020, the Indian education sector was valued at US$117 billion and by 2025, it is anticipated to have grown to US$225 billion. Institutions should make sure that students receive a combination of online and offline instruction in order to adequately prepare them for climate change and natural disasters. Students' and faculty members' mental health and wellbeing should receive regular attention. The adoption of web technologies is creating opportunities for entrepreneurship. Machine learning and artificial intelligence have taken the role of faculty members' manual labour. Chatbots and software are being used to assist in the evaluation of students.
