Education 5.0 represents the next paradigm in global learning, where advanced artificial intelligence (AI) converges with human-centered values to create inclusive, ethical, and personalized ecosystems. Unlike Education 4.0, which primarily emphasized digitalization and online delivery, Education 5.0 integrates socio-emotional intelligence, creativity, sustainability, and ethical reasoning alongside technological innovation. This chapter examines the evolving roles of teachers and learners, highlighting how educators must transition from content transmitters to facilitators, mentors, and co-learners in AI-rich environments. Learners, in turn, are prepared through adaptive, learner-centered pedagogies, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and responsible digital citizenship. Emerging technologies such as AI tutors, chatbots, immersive VR/AR, and learning analytics are explored for their potential to enhance personalization and engagement, while risks such as over-dependence, inequality, and data misuse are critically analyzed. Ethical and equity considerations—particularly fairness, inclusivity, and bridging the digital divide—are emphasized as foundational for sustainable implementation. The chapter concludes by underscoring the need for synergy among teachers, learners, and AI, ensuring that technological progress aligns with human values to prepare future generations for thriving responsibly in an AI-driven world.Published
