PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATION THROUGH AI INTEGRATION

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) into education has evolved into an important component of Education 5.0, a paradigm that prioritizes on personalization, adaptability, inclusivity, and lifelong learning. AI-driven pedagogical innovations have revolutionized teaching and learning by enabling personalized learning pathways, intelligent tutoring, automated assessment, and data-driven decision-making. These innovations challenge traditional teacher-centered models and promote learner-centered environments, This is in line with the greater objective of Education 5.0 to prepare students for complex, dynamic futures. This study explores the role of AI in studying pedagogy by discussing its applications, ethical implications, challenges of implementation, and potential to foster inclusive and equitable learning ecosystems. Reviewing recent studies it provides insight how AI tools can improve human educators rather than replace them, highlighting the importance of human–machine collaboration in achieving effective, ethical, and innovative educational practices. The chapter concludes with recommendations for developing frameworks that balance technological innovation with human values, ensuring that AI integration supports meaningful and sustainable learning outcomes.Published
