The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into business operations has transformed the way organizations make decisions, optimize processes, and engage with customers. However, as AI becomes more deeply embedded in strategic and operational frameworks, ethical concerns surrounding transparency, accountability, bias, and data privacy have emerged as critical challenges. This research paper explores the ethical dimensions of AI-powered business operations, examining how organizations can balance innovation with responsibility. Using a mixed-method approach that combines case study analysis, expert interviews, and secondary data, the study identifies key ethical risks associated with AI deployment such as algorithmic bias, misuse of consumer data, and lack of human oversight and evaluates existing regulatory and corporate governance mechanisms addressing these issues. Findings reveal that while large enterprises are increasingly adopting ethical AI frameworks, small and medium-sized businesses often lack the resources and expertise to ensure compliance and ethical integrity. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of fostering organizational culture that prioritizes ethical decision-making and continuous employee training in AI ethics. It also underscores the need for collaborative efforts between policymakers, industry leaders, and academic institutions to develop standards and guidelines that promote responsible AI use. The paper further proposes a framework for integrating ethical principles into AI governance, emphasizing transparency, fairness, inclusivity, and accountability as core pillars. By addressing these considerations, organizations can foster trust, mitigate ethical risks, and promote sustainable AI adoption that aligns technological progress with societal values.Published
