Abstract

In an era defined by digital transformation and data-driven decision-making, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a powerful catalyst in reshaping global supply chains. This research explores the concept of Algorithmic Value Chains (AVCs)—a new paradigm in which AI algorithms, machine learning models, and predictive analytics are integrated across supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, agility, and resilience. The study investigates how AI technologies are redefining traditional supply chain functions such as demand forecasting, procurement, inventory management, production scheduling, logistics, and customer engagement.
