Abstract

Undergraduate students' emotional, social, and psychological well-being is referred to as their mental health. This is sometimes hampered by a time of major life changes and new pressures, such as social adjustment, financial strain, and academic pressure. Undergraduate students' resilience is defined as their ability to manage, adjust to, and bounce back from the difficulties and setbacks that come with being a student, including pressure to perform well academically, social adaptations, and personal hardships. By establishing supportive surroundings, giving them useful coping mechanisms, and encouraging a feeling of community, education plays a vital and complex role in enhancing undergraduate students' mental health and resilience. By raising awareness, teaching coping mechanisms, and creating supportive environments, education helps undergraduate students' mental health and resilience. This is a qualitative study. Information was gathered from a variety of sources, including government policies, articles, journals, and publications. Universities may foster strong peer and faculty support networks, provide counseling and stress management seminars, incorporate mental health into the curriculum, and establish welcoming academic environments that foster a feeling of community. The primary goal of this study is to determine how education might support undergraduate students' resilience and mental health. Additionally, it highlights how critical it is to support undergraduate students' resilience and mental health.
