In contemporary education, the silent dimensions of human growth often remain unexplored, leaving a gap in understanding the full potential of both teachers and learners. This chapter investigates the integration of spirituality into teacher education as a crucial pathway for nurturing holistic development. Spirituality, conceived as the pursuit of meaning, purpose, and connection, is presented as essential for fostering self-awareness, ethical sensitivity, and empathy in educators. The chapter examines how inner development complements cognitive and emotional growth, shaping teachers’ presence, authenticity, and relational skills in the classroom. Pedagogical approaches such as reflective practices, mindfulness, creative expression, dialogue, and community engagement are discussed as practical strategies for cultivating the spirit. An integrative framework outlining wholeness, reflection, connection, purpose, and transformation is proposed to guide teacher preparation. By embracing these principles, education transcends mere instruction, transforming teaching into a conscious, compassionate, and purpose-driven practice.Published
