Mindful yoga integrates traditional yoga postures with mindful awareness, encouraging practitioners to observe physical sensations, emotions, and embrace thoughts with openness and acceptance. Rather than emphasizing perfection in physical form, mindful yoga focuses on cultivating present-moment attention and emotional balance. Aligning mind, body, and breath, it fosters self-understanding, adaptability, and coherence between cognitive and physiological processes. Drawing on psychological capital theory (HERO: hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism) and self-regulation models, mindful yoga enhances emotional regulation, attentional control, and non-judgmental awarenesskey mechanisms for psychological health and sustained performance. Implemented effectively, it serves as a strategic tool for individuals and organizations to cultivate resilience, strengthen well-being, and adaptively respond to stress.Published
