The perception of experience economy has received a lot of importance in the modern organizational literature, where traditional models of productivity are no longer emphasized, but rather models based on experience creation. Although the experience economy is related to the contact with customers in the early days, current studies highlight its increased applicability in the work environment. Employers are also becoming more aware of employees being the same as customers in their desire to experience meaningfully, personally and engagingly, in their career path. This paper looks at the application of the tenets of experience economy in terms of human resource management by personalizing the employee experience, which involves recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance management, and employee care.Published
