Abstract

The Indian Constitution includes extensive sections on the rights of citizens as well as the "Directive Principles of State Policy," which are rules that national governments must follow while running the country. The government must take measures to ensure that workers are involved in the management of projects, facilities, or other organizations involved in any industry, whether through suitable laws or other means. These Directive Principles prevent early child abuse and protect the health of male and female workers alike. Like most other countries, India works to improve occupational health and safety (OHS) through the implementation of laws that specify what companies have to do.
