The integration of technology in mental health interventions has completely changed the way psychological care is provided, providing creative answers to persistent problems with pricing, accessibility, and customization. This chapter looks at the various ways that digital technologies, such as telepsychiatry platforms, virtual reality-based therapies, mobile health applications, and AI-powered diagnostic tools, are used in the diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of mental health issues. Technology helps with early detection, ongoing monitoring, and customized treatment plans by utilizing real-time data gathering, predictive analytics, and adaptive therapeutic interventions. This improves clinical outcomes and patient engagement. The chapter also examines the ethical, social, and practical issues surrounding digital mental health interventions, including data protection, digital literacy, and fair access for all populations. The usefulness and drawbacks of different digital strategies are illustrated through case studies and recent research, which also shows how new technology are changing the way that traditional mental health treatments are provided. This chapter highlights the potential of cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance clinical practice, reach disadvantaged areas, and promote holistic mental well-being by offering a thorough overview of the relationship between technology and mental health.Published
